What readers – or rather Parents – say…

He'll love it as much as I did!

I purchased this book for my son to add to his summer reading list because he is at a tough age where his confidence and self esteem seem to be lacking. I read this book before giving it to him. I bought this book because this author is one of my favorites. As a single mom, the other books by this author really helped me with my personal dating and relationship struggles. Well, I plan to give it to my son today. I am sure he will LOVE it as much as I did. Thanks for writing a book for the younger generation!

A++ for this book!

I have 2 sons and I am the aunt of 3 girls and I have to say this book was very insightful especially for my one niece who has alopecia. I found it a very important read for me to help her with her confidence! A+ for this book

From the mom of 3 teenage girls

I am a mother of three teenage daughters and I found this book to be amazing. Believe me it not only helped me help them, but it helped me to learn a few things myself. I give this an A+

A Huge Help - Chock full of wisdom!

As a parent of 2 teenagers, I can honestly say that this book has been immensely helpful!! I even learned a few things. It is a must read for any parent and I highly recommend it!

Three gifts for your teen

Advice for teens is serious business, or at least I believe it is. They’re young and already muddling through a messy day-to-day existence. So, why make it worse with bad advice?

This book has not one, not two, but three gifts for your teen. There are two workbooks and a journal included with this book.

I believe we learn best from a book when we can also do some activities to help understand the material. And because there’s so much inside this book, it has two workbooks and a companion journal. As you and your teen read this book, you’ll be prompted to do the associated activity.

These activities are designed to help your teen not just understand the material, but apply it to their own lives.

Note from the author

**As a side note, if you read my other books, you know that I ask for your name and email for inside-the-book materials, however, for my teen books, I am not asking for either. Therefore, all you or your teen needs to do is click or tap the link inside the book and they will be taken to a page to download the materials. I do not wish to market to your teens so I have made this choice for you and your child.**

Advice for teens to help them build confidence

No matter how old you are, you probably remember high school, for better or worse. This book is written for teens, but I recommend it for those who deal with teens every day as well.

There are some things teens today don’t want to hear from us:

  • When I was your age…
  • When we went to school we…
  • Nowadays…
  • We had it much worse…

The truth is each generation is different. If you’re my age (60ish),  you grew up in a very different era with no internet or social media. The great invention of my generation was cable TV.

We had bullies, but they didn’t bully to the whole world on social media – it was confined to the school, playground or walk home.

Our challenges were different than theirs, but one thing remains constant. People whose self-esteem is low suffer through life, sometimes falling into deep depressions.

The goal of this book is to help teens understand the things going on in their lives and help them navigate their way to higher self-esteem and confidence.

If you’ve read my books, you know how important confidence is to your relationships – all relationships. You might not have built your confidence until you were in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s or even later.

I don’t want today’s teens to go through that!

So, help teens you know by getting them this book!

Yes, I’m a guy, but that’s where your source of power comes from! I approach dating from the male perspective, helping you know what men are thinking!

You’ve been listening to your girlfriends, your mom and your sisters and where has it gotten you so far?
Failed relationships, frustration and loneliness, right? And you’re sick of it!
I know what men want to hear from you and I tell you what that is!

I’ve survived being the youngest of four kids with three older sisters. Plus, I’ve seen and experienced heartbreak first hand in my own relationships.

I know what I wish my girlfriends would have said and done. I know why it didn’t work because I’ve done the research and now, I’m bringing it to you. It’s okay, I’m here for you!
